This is purely a fund raising event for our chosen charity/local organisation(s).
All surplus funds go to them. We are being helped out by Westbury Lions this year, their worthy local charities and works will benefit from the funds raised from the monies received in 2017!

In order to retain the family, friendly and safe environment that has made CliveyFest so popular, we have decided to keep our license and limit restricted to 499 People and 100 Camping pitches.

Please book at our EarlyBird prices before 30th June 2017 to avoid disappointment, given the above limitations. Booking donations will increase from 1st July 2017 on the website and at the gate from this date.

Please note: The weekend price for camping is the price per pitch i.e. for each campervan, caravan or each tent. We have a total allowance of 100 pitches. So if you require one campervan and one tent then you should specify a quantity of 2 when you checkout.

Please click here for information and to place your booking.

njbWe use PayPal to collect the booking fees. When you click on Checkout you will be forwarded to the PayPal payment page in order to pay. YOU DO NOT need a PayPal account yourself in order to pay, you may use either your debit or credit card. PayPal is just the way we collect payments. On the left is a screen shot of the PayPal page (click on it to make it bigger). Ignore the ‘Pay with My Paypal account’ section, instead just scroll down to the ‘Pay with a debit or credit card’ section and then you can pay there.

As you arrive on site please follow the signs.

If you are camping you can take your car onto the camping area to drop off, but you MUST park in the car park provided after unloading your car to make more space for camping in the main area. PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO PARK IN THE CAMPING AREA. You will reduce the number of pitches available.

There is adequate parking in the field opposite, but would ask everyone park sensibly and ensure that they are not blocking anyone in. For safety reasons there is strictly no parking of vehicles, other than camper vans on the Festival field and access to the field to unload will be limited after 12pm on the Saturday.

Apart from the music and performances, there is plenty to do for all the family. Including inflatables, giant games, a toddler play area, children’s entertainment and a giant TV, screening the sporting events and movies for the kids. There is a fully equipped cash-only bar on site, that even has Jägermeister and slushy machines. There will be hot food, breakfast baps, burgers, hot dogs, hog roast and ice cream stalls available. Feel free to bring food with you and use one of our onsite communal BBQs, but please bring your own coals.

We provide a rubbish and recycling area near to the Toilet block.  Each section is clearly marked and it is very important that General Rubbish, Glass, Plastics and Cans are kept separate, otherwise we cannot take it to the recycling centre and any costs involved will reduce the amount we make for our chosen Charity. Please take away any litter with you and recycle what you can.

Everyone helping to clear up after the event are also valuable volunteers, and this is not a pleasant job at the best of times, so your consideration will be most appreciated.

We are limited as to how many pitches we can accommodate so remember to book the appropriate numbers. After this simply come along with your tent and pitch up. Caravans or camper vans, including awnings, are most welcome. If you are camping you will need to set up then move your vehicle to the car park. There will be ‘nice’ toilets for all!

Yes dogs can come provided they are on a lead and are well behaved.
